How much does a car exporter make?
Without incurring repair fees, and commission losses for exporting: You can get $135k per hour if you were unlucky to get four standard vehicles. You can get $215k per hour if you delivered four mid range vehicles. You can get $335k per hour if you were lucky to source four top end vehicles.
Do I need a dealer license to buy from Copart?
Copart Members don’t always need a special license to bid. There are thousands of vehicles available in Copart auctions that do not require a business license. Only a government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, is required to bid on these No License Required vehicles. Sales tax licenses.

How do I start importing a car?
For you to be able to import your cars, certain requirements need to be met, including the following documents which you need to have;
- Completed Form ‘M’ submitted to authorized dealer bank with the following information:
- Description of goods.
- Port destination.
- Shipment identification.

Most brokers charge about the same $150-200 membership fee, $200 buyer fee, Refundable $400 deposit to open an account. Remember these are ON TOP of the CoPart fees. If you win an auction (known as a “lot”), most brokers will require a cash or wire transfer of the full amount with in 24 hours.
